The UFCW Charity Foundation awards several scholarships annually, each valued at up to $8,000. These scholarships are available to UFCW members or their unmarried dependents under the age of 20. It’s our way of investing in the future of our members and their families.
It’s important to note that UFCW employed officers, staff and their immediate families are not eligible for these scholarships. However, we encourage all eligible members and their dependents to apply.
Past scholarship recipients have gone on to achieve remarkable success in a variety of fields, including public service, medicine, law, business and teaching. Many have even returned to the UFCW as staffers, organizers and community activists, contributing to our shared mission of empowering workers and building stronger communities.
