Highlights of Your New Contract

VACATION IMPROVEMENT: Five (5) weeks’ vacation after twenty (20) years’ service with the Company (previously 23 years).

HOLIDAY IMPROVEMENT: All employees shall be eligible to be paid for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

HEALTH & WELFARE: We’ve maintained your healthcare, with the employer paying the increased cost through the life of the agreement. If you’d like to include your spouse, the spousal option for family plans is now a $40 monthly surcharge. In addition, employees with single medical coverage can now also include their spouse and dependents. See the full tentative agreement for details.

PENSION: We have successfully maintained your pension, and the employer will pay the increased cost through the life of the agreement. See the full tentative agreement for details.

WAGES

Starting Wages Effective April 7, 2024 the minimum start rate shall increase from $11 to $15.

Employees working in the Shift Supervisor RX or Store Associate RX position shall receive a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked in the pharmacy.

Longevity raise: Additional raises to be effective 1st pay period following July 1st (must reach years of service by July 1st of given year).
